Jewelry Care

These materials are often cut from natural sources and the use of hairsprays, lotions, colognes or perfumes can alter the natural state of the materials used.  For this reason we highly suggest you do not wear them in the sauna, showering, exercising or swimming.  This can lead to the elastic breaking down and that’s what holds the bracelet together and can contribute to breakage in the future if not properly cared for.

Please ROLL the bracelet off your arm, rather than pull, stretch or tug on the beads. Repetition of pulling and tugging on the bracelet and compromise the integrity of the elastic and could break over time.

 

Order Status

We will email order status updates to the email address you provide at check out.  Updates will include order confirmations, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information.

Sales Tax

TrebellaJewels charges sales tax for any orders shipped to an address in California.  All orders in California will be charged 8% sales tax.  Orders outside of California are charged no tax.

 

Materials Used

Trebella uses 18k gold, 14kgold, white gold, silver and Rhodium.  We use semi-precious stones and precious stones and pave diamonds and diamonds. I can give you  more details on the piece you are interested.

 

Credit Cards

Trebella Jewels accepts the following credit cards:

    • Master Card
    • American Express

Your card will be charged at the time you place your order.  You will be asked to provide your Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Security Code and Billling Address.  I am only able to ship to your Credit Card Billing Address.

 

Special Orders

Any special orders are nob-refundable and non-exchangeable.  Any special item is a final sale.  Once your order has started it cannot be canceled.  Special orders do take about 5 weeks.

Shipping

Trebella Jewels offers free shipping via UPS Ground (within the 48 contiguous United States) for any purchases over $200.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed on Trebella Jewels will ship within 1 business day on the order.

All shipments are fully insured and require signature confirmation.  I am not able to ship to a PO Box Addresses. Please contact  concierge@trebellajewels.com  with any special shipping requests.

 

Repairs:

If for some reason you need a repair please email  customercare@trebellajewels.com.  Please reference your Name, Address, Order Number, Repair Issue. I will provide you with a number that you will attach with the repair.

Trebella Jewels will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 6 months and lifetime of the elastic bracelets (you need to pay postage).

Exchanges

  • Trebella Jewels beaded bracelets are strung on a stretch elastic cord.
  • We do custom beaded bracelets and I would love to help you design your bracelet.  Just let us know what your colors and what accents you would like.

Order Cancellations

  • Regular orders may be canceled anytime prior to shipping.
  • Once an item is shipped we are unable to refund shipping charges. Customer is responsible for nay and all shipping charges to return the item back.
  • Special Orders and Custom Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed into production.
